The book is called What to Draw and How to Draw It by the famous artist and teacher, E.G. Lutz.
Not only do you see how to draw many different items, but he features many, many different animals to draw. In fact, most of what he draws, as you can see from the cover, is actually animals.
Really this was developed as an art book for kids, so it can work for beginner artists. The only drawback is there is not a lot of detail given or any kind of step-by-step tutorials or videos to watch. (But there is something I recommend later to supplement this work that really helps to expand on this book and the Lutz method and improve your drawing skills much faster and easier)
